“ This is always a great choice for Pho, I used to go here every week before I moved. The atmosphere is so welcoming and we always had this one server/waitress who had the most amazing personality.I am someone who loves to try new things and Jennis was always there to help with any questions I had. I like to order the vermicelli,pho and banh mi(pictured below) ”
“ This was the second time I visited, and both times, the food was excellent. My go to dish in a Vietnamese place is the pho and pho here is good. I haven't had a chance to try other things. Hopefully soon. Lots of seating inside. No patio seating. There is a tesla super charger next door, so get your tesla, if you have one, charged as you eat. I also had a Thai milk tea with Boba and it was pretty good. ”
“ Pho 24 have the best atmosphere and the food is great, nice and hot, well prepared. If a cold is coming on, I quickly go see Pho 24 for either the Chicken or Beef soup to quickly fight off a scratchy throat. Besides fighting a cold, this location in Duluth is #1 for me. ”

“ This is my combo for me and my younger son: one Vietnamese sandwich, a shrimp roll wrapped in rice paper and a regular combination noodle soup. For myself, I would have a small bowl of noodle soup and a sandwich. We visit this location once or twice every month regularly. I have tried more than 20 different Pho restaurants, almost all of them have very similar or close taste for the noodles soup. I can barely tell the difference. The only difference I can tell is the amount and freshness of the meat. This location in my mind has decent meat level. Most of the time the regular ones would have very generous amount of meat. But this time has less than its average, even noodles are less than enough. I believe it is one of the issue for all Pho restaurants. They don't have a standard for what small, regular or large bowl should have. It really depends on what is the chef's mood on that day. Also you can't expect much on the service and environment. ”
